MAMA SYNC

This is a re-enactment of iconic video performance “Lip Sync” by Bruce Nauman in 1969. It is a part of the series of video recreation of master contemporary video art pieces with the addition of a child during the COVID -19 worldwide lockdown in April 2020. The series aims to explore how and to what extent the original context is being changed by involving a child in a socio-political aspect of the art world.
